Today for lunch we had Greek Salad Chop red peppers, onion, cucumber and tomatoes Add olive oil and oregano Add fresh feta cheese All portions are to your specific liking. I use half pepper, half cucumber, half onion and one full tomato for 2 servings I also have a premix of olive oil and oregano so I simply shake in the bottle and sprinkle the mixture on together.
