Hi!đđ» We're Ed & Paige. We met in 2011, and since then have grown together as a couple through our love of travel, sailing, and finding ourselves on some pretty epic (sometimes questionable) adventures. In 2014 Ed completed an 18 month circumnavigation with his father (I got to tag along for most of the Pacificđđ»). Following his return we knew we would do whatever it took to get back on the water, this time in our own boat, together. After nearly 5 years of planning, saving, and questioning our sanity, we quit our jobs in 2019 and sold most of our non-essential/non-heartfelt belongings. We've decided to spend the next few years (or as long as sustainable) dedicating ourselves to travel and adventure while living aboard our Cabo Rico 34, Sea Pearl. - Cheers!đ» Paige & Ed Follow along on Instagram: http://www.instagram.com/sailing.seapearl Song Credit: 00:01 Cody Francis - Weather Any Storm https://www.epidemicsound.com/track/RZI7R4iUkt/

Cardio at 70+? You bet. Onboard Wahine, I naturally get upper body workouts, just by doing what I have to do. However, cardio and leg workouts are not as significant. So, now that my foldable bike is fixed, Iâm riding the hills around Buren Bay, with Wahine moored just behind me. Life on a boat doesnât offer much cardio, especially in the summer heat, so Iâm glad to be sweating again (yes, even in Japan's humidity!). As my doctor once said: âIf youâre sweating, youâre winning.â Thatâs the goal today, and most days. Never too late to move. Never too late to sweat. Never too late. đFilmed in Buren Bay, Japan đŻđ” đ Subscribe for more life-on-the-water inspiration, longevity tips, and slow adventure stories from Japan and beyond. #boatlife #japan #travel #liveaboard
