Shorts Create

Installing a new floor in an Edencraft is far from a simple task. This 565 build has reached the Joining Shed stage. After completing the stringers, full tank installation, foaming, leveling, and glassing, the floor is finally ready for a dry fit. Once the dry fitting is complete, both surfaces will be prepped. The base of the floor will be resin-coated, and the hull will be layered with chopped fiberglass and resin. With precision, the floor is then carefully placed in position and weighted down to create a strong chemical bond between the two surfaces. From this point, any gap between the floor liner and the hull will be filled with foam, sanded to perfection, and sealed with a layer of fibreglass. I've added a 3 position switch, see here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IZ5N5t-v990 I've had a couple of cars turn in front of me while on my bike. Fortunately I've been able to avoid them so far. You'd think a big bright headlight would get you seen, but it's almost invisible to the other cars. I bought these lights on ebay for just under $15 including shipping. Took me half an hour to hook them up and now I do feel a lot more visible. The lights can also be set to flash at the same time, but I feel this is more visible.
