This week we skipped our weekly video as we have been busy with home renovations and simply lack of sailing. However, we never miss an opportunity to embrace natures beauty, this time in the form of a common dolphin family swimming by our anchorage. Two of the four adults had younglings with them, who they seem to be teaching. Pretty cool to spot them by your front door ! Nature is awesome and nature needs us as much as we need it ! Perhaps modern technology will and already is able to show us the incredible similarities we all share, the complex social behaviours and interactions, the meaning of family and so much more :) Ps. Happy Holidays Everyone! For the first time in many years we are off Calico Skies for the holiday season. We flew from Phoenix to NYC to clear and old storage unit and then drove down to Charlotte to spend the holidays with Bill's family. For New Year's Eve we will be in Breckenridge CO and then finally back to Mexico to get Calico ready for another season of cruising!
