This week we skipped our weekly video as we have been busy with home renovations and simply lack of sailing. However, we never miss an opportunity to embrace natures beauty, this time in the form of a common dolphin family swimming by our anchorage. Two of the four adults had younglings with them, who they seem to be teaching. Pretty cool to spot them by your front door ! Nature is awesome and nature needs us as much as we need it ! Perhaps modern technology will and already is able to show us the incredible similarities we all share, the complex social behaviours and interactions, the meaning of family and so much more :) Ps. Lagoon 43 Test Sail in the Bay of Palma (Mallorca)! ▫️ Lagoon has been testing the #1 hull since March. This new sailing catamaran model has got off to a roaring start. They have already sold 70. So far, seven have been built. ▫️ The master cabin is forward where it is quieter, and thanks to the shaping from VPLP the space in the forward and aft cabins in the guest hull is very similar. Carbon reinforcement has been used in the saloon to open the whole area up: the "In and Out" solution. ▫️ This boat has similar dimensions the 42 (which remains in production for now), with significantly more living area. ▫️ Base price: €499k.
