Leaving the Whitsundays is never easy — especially when this is where our sailing life began. Sam is finally home after working overseas and that can only mean one thing… it’s time to untie the lines! We are prepping the boat for departure, slide out of our marina berth, make a last stop at the fuel wharf, and then point the bow south toward the Whitsundays. With full tanks and big smiles, we set off straight into it on an overnight sail—leaving the docks behind and chasing that offshore feeling once again.
