It's the Holiday Season in Mindelo and is similar as in Europe or America. Crowded shopping, decorations and Christmas music and parties. Aristide invited us to his farm one early Sunday December morning to visit and partake in the Chuk. It's a pig fest when a pig is butchered and eaten during the whole day.
