WIND’S UP AT DAY 3 OFTHE SOUTHERN WIND RENDEZVOUS AND TROPHY

Perfect breeze and balmy temperatures: Day three was all about the joy of sailing in the lovely Costa Smeralda. Who could ask for more? Day 3 saw the fleet sail a custom course that wound its way through some of the most spectacular scenery that the Costa Smeralda can offer. After 23nm of fun on the water, the fleet dropped anchor off the world-famous beach at Budelli to enjoy lunch and pose for a group photo. While part of the Rendezvous fleet headed back to port, Sorceress, Feelin’ Good and Ammonite couldn’t resist organising another race from Budelli to Porto Cervo only arriving back to port windswept and undeniably happy.
