Will we be able to run our 16,000 Btu AC off our lithium battery bank?! (Calico Skies Sailing Ep 93)

In this episode we continue the installation of our marine air conditioner. We get right down to it, drilling a sea water exit hole in the hull. Typically this hole would be placed right at the waterline but we opt to install it near deck level since we are completing this install on the hook. Our hull is also balsa cored so we have to be extra careful to properly epoxy and seal the core when adding any new through hulls. As part of this install we have decided to upgrade our inverter/charger to a 3000w Victron. There is nothing wrong with our old inverter but it's output was modified sine waves as opposed to pure and we have noticed a couple appliances aren't working with this "dirty power". As an added benefit the new model is larger with surge rating of 6kw, we are optimistic we will be able to get the air conditioner started at anchor without the aid of a soft start🤞. Next up is getting the duct work installed. There are "marine" ducting kits available but they also carry the marine price 🙃. We opted to take a more diy approach modifying household grates and creating our own transition box. With everything hooked up we finally get to test the installation. Will it be able to start off the inverter?
