So with the Yard Owner (Rod) and his mighty crane and some minor assistance from me, we manage to get the mast removed from Puffin. It looks easy and uncomplicated but was actually hard and a bit nerve racking. I'm not sure how many more grey hairs Rod has having me assist! Now with the mast down it's on to build the shelter, get heat inside and dry her out. Once dry it's bulkheads then the long task of replacing the core material.
