Whitecaps Sailing at the Annapolis Boat Show 2026

⛵ Sailing School Spotlight: Whitecaps Sailing (@whitecapssailing) Meet the team from Whitecaps Sailing! We caught up with them at the Annapolis Sailboat Show to learn about their ASA sailing courses, beautiful Florida cruising grounds, and unforgettable international flotilla adventures through their sister company, Med Sailing Adventures! 🌊 What makes Whitecaps Sailing special? Whitecaps Sailing is an ASA destination sailing school on Florida’s beautiful Gulf Coast. They offer courses through ASA 106, combining hands-on instruction with a friendly, personalized approach that makes learning to sail fun and accessible! ⛵ What makes your sailing location ideal for beginners? Charlotte Harbor offers expansive, protected waters sheltered by barrier islands like Cayo Costa, Sanibel, and Captiva. Even when conditions are rough offshore, students can enjoy excellent sailing conditions within the harbor! ⚓ What can students expect from your courses? Students can go from complete beginners to confident sailors in as little as a week! Training takes place aboard a classic Belgian-built Etap 32s, known for its innovative, unsinkable design. 🌍 What happens after students learn to sail? The adventure continues! Through Med Sailing Adventures, students can join international flotillas that combine sailing with incredible destinations, local culture, cuisine, and nature. It’s all about discovering the world from the water! 🎟️ Any boat show specials this week? Yes! Enjoy 10% OFF the flotilla fee for their Sicily sailing adventure, August 28–September 4, exploring the spectacular volcanic islands! ⚓ How can someone get started?
