We have to make an unplanned trip to the US. #sailing Ep 38

After we check out the volcano in St Vincent and do some diving we get the disappointing news that we have to go to the US for a few months. Before we leave Charlie passes along his cantelope to a trusted friend and Ben and I do some diving. We do a 600 mile sail so we can haul the boat and catch a flight back. We worked hard in our 20's and 30's and built a company that has an amazing team managing it and allows us to work remotely and take time to enjoy this time with our fmaily. We love adeventure, sports and an active lifestyle but also take pleasure in a great meal or a sunset gin and tonic. Boat life is challanging and busy but we have been learning as we go and have a great appreciation for the sailing community and the willingness of others to teach and share skills. After two seasons in the Caribben we're hoping to Hangtime through the Panama Canal and onto New Zealand in 2021.
