This week aboard SV Wildly Intrepid we explore what might be the most beautiful island we’ve visited all season… 🌴🇻🇮 Sailing the US Virgin Islands with our buddy boat, we explore St John Island and hike the incredible trail from Francis Bay while discovering the crystal clear waters of Francis Bay and Maho Beach. Then we sail over to Waterlemon Bay for snorkeling around Waterlemon Cay — but the water was WAY colder than expected! To warm up we head ashore to explore the historic Annaberg Plantation ruins and learn about the island’s powerful and heartbreaking past. We finish the adventure with a hike up to the Windy Hill Great House ruins where the panoramic views over the US and British Virgin Islands absolutely blew us away.
