Set sail with us as we leave the lush island of Martinique behind and continue our Caribbean adventure! 🌴⛵ After a quick overnight stop in Dominica, we arrive in the breathtaking archipelago of Îles des Saintes, Guadeloupe—one of the most picturesque destinations in the French Caribbean. From there, we hit the road to explore Guadeloupe, driving from the colorful fishing village of Deshaies to the white-sand beaches of Sainte-Anne. While it's only 40 miles, the winding mountain roads and rugged terrain make for an unforgettable 1 hour 40 minute journey through some of the island's most stunning scenery. Along the way, we stop at Crayfish Waterfall, one of the most popular waterfalls on the island—and easily one of the most crowded waterfalls we've ever visited! To top it all off, Rob and I tackle our third volcano hike together, battling 40-knot winds, pouring rain, and challenging conditions before reaching the summit. It wasn't easy, but the adventure was worth every step!
