Flores island in The Azores holds a history of transfixing sailors with its beauty, yet few have been able to stay. After a brief respite from the open ocean, our challenge is to see as much as we can of this remote island paradise, before mother nature reasserts her power and forces us to leave. We have been sailing around the world for 7 years after setting off from England in 2016 on board our 37ft sail boat Florence.
