Volvo Penta MD2020 - change oil and filter and removing sprayhood

The season is almost over so I get ready to remove the mast from my boat. The sails and the sprayhood must be removed and the engine need a oil change so it is ready for the cold wintertime on land. The oil I use is original Volvo Penta 15W-40 VDS-3 but you can also use other brands, the most important thing is the oil you use is approved by Volvo. The VDS-3 means that the oil binds soot and it a important ingredient in the oil you use. What differentiates the different oils is the additives but for the sake of the engine you must use a good quality brand as eg. Liqui Moly.
