Under The Sea... Sailing L'Attitude - Ep 25

Sorry everyone! Had to wait for good enough connection to re-upload so you could hear everything properly. Hopefully is all good to go now :-) We head South from Martinique to St Lucia in an attempt to get our water maker fixed. We have no luck but are stoked to be able to check out the island briefly and climb the famously challenging Petit Piton. We manage to make a brief stop in Les Saintes which are a small set of islands on the southern coast of Guadeloupe. French in nationality, but much more Caribbean in feel than the other French islands…. We then rush North to Antigua to pick up Sarah’s friend Shelly who joins us for the next few episodes. We spend some time exploring the beautiful coves on the east coast. It was perfect for us all, a mint kitesurfing spot for Adam, as well as reefs galore for snorkelling. It’s truely a great place to just wind back the dial and relax on the beautiful sandy beaches – just what you look for in a holiday. The island was just missed by hurricane Irma and has recovered from the strong winds nicely, compared to its sister island Barbuda which is completely destroyed and still currently deserted.
