The kindness of Americans - two knives and two thank yous - FTB Extra

We meet many people but the one group of people who are overwhelmingly positive is Americans. We never like to generalise but our experience of Americans on the whole has been nothing but good and this clip is further proof of their generosity and kindness. In particular we say thanks to Amercian McGee and Ron Westad for their super presents, both of which are/will be well-used.
