The wind and current collide to whip the sea into a confused, lumpy mess, turning what should be a clean run into a full‑body workout and a proper East Coast slog. Rolling into Coffs, the anchorage is open, rowdy, and swell‑ridden, but it’s a welcome stop after the fight offshore.
