SI #955 (Fri 18 Sep 2026) — This is not an April Fool's joke. As if AC38 didn't already have enough potential legal problems over compliance with the Deed of Gift, ACP, and more. First ETNZ threatened legal action against North Sails and all the AC38 challengers. Now North Sails filed a lawsuit in Federal Court in the USA and, reportedly in Italy as well, over the continuing patent and IP dispute. In a statement Thursday evening (PDT), Emirates Team New Zealand "absolutely disputes the claims that appear to have been made." We'll have the latest.
