Distinct, Refined and Essential: SØRVIND, the new sailing yacht by Southern Wind, is conceived to ensure sheer sailing pleasure and reliability without compromising on comfort. The fifth unit of the successful SW105 mini series, SØRVIND’s design brief called for a high performance blue water cruiser that would be fast and fun to sail and optimized for success on the charter market. To ensure a high level of comfort and thrilling experience, special attention has been dedicated to the hospitality features with an objective to increase the overall enjoyment of everyone that will sail onboard. A sailing yacht where one is still in touch with the ocean, a sensation that sometimes gets lost with bigger boats. With her nice size and great style, on SØRVIND everything is uncluttered, smooth and clean. Conceived for pure sailing experiences, SØRVIND does very well especially in lighter winds, and light weight aids performance. She has a fully carbon fiber hull, deck, and bulkheads. The coach roof design and geometries were slightly modified and softened to give SØRVIND a sporty and elegant appearance.
