The goal of the constant variance test (body weight edition) is to determine if the order of body weight movements changes the finish time within each round. There are six movements that should be completed as quickly as possible for five rounds. Rest three minutes between each round you must change the order of movements each round. Test Details: 5 Rounds of 6 movements -- change order of movements every round Rest 3 minutes between each round • Air Squats • Plank Running • Pillar Bridge to Plank • Jumping Jacks • Burpees • Split Squat Jumps Mike's results: 3:01/3:02/2:57/2:50/2:50 If you have a consistent finish time each round (within 10 seconds), while moving as fast as possible, you have well-rounded athleticism! If your time varies, this may indicate that you have some strength/endurance weaknesses. This test can be completed by all age groups and sailors, and can help determine your aerobic and muscle endurance baseline. Interested in discussing your results?
