She is in LOVE with her new custom bed from Mattress Insider. It's soft, supportive, cool, and amazingly comfortable. The tricky part about getting a new mattress in a boat, RV, or tiny home is that the space available for the mattress is often oddly shaped. Take the bed the aft cabin of our sailboat for example. In our case we had to get the mattress made in 3 custom pieces to allow for both access to storage areas beneath the bed and also to fit within a space that is very un-rectangle-like. Fortunately with Mattress Insider, they can make custom mattresses in any shape, size, thickness and density. All we had to do was provide them with a detailed template of the space and they did the rest. The difference between our old mattress and the new one from Mattress Insider is night and day. It's one of the best upgrades we've made to our sailboat.
