In this sailing episode set against the stunning mountainous backdrops of Kefalonia, we start from one of the most INCREDIBLE anchorages we've visited in the Ionian - Spartia! After plenty of swimming, jumping off our sail boat in to the turquoise waters, panoramic paddle boarding and fun on the beach. We set the compass east and sail to a couple of Kefalonia's most popular spots. Not to mention the anchorage FAILS, night sailing, exploring the sinkhole caves, onboard drama and Laura has a heart to heart with you guys - having had time to reflect on more difficult times gone by.
