SAILING the SOLENT I Pt. 3 I Beaulieu, Lymington, Cowes I Ep. 28 Here we are, part three of our sail around the solent!! For those of you, who have been watched last weeks sailing vlog you will know we are a sailing couple who bought a sailing boat with no experience and set sail around the solent! We are loving the boat life, with buying our first sailboat turning into a sailboat project, and now working our way around the famous solent! We are still learning how to sail our first sailboat, but we are proving that the skills come with building confidence and lots or practice! We've been passage planning, slipping lines, tacking, sailing, motoring and practicing our berthing manoeuvres! This was our sailing goal for the year to do a solo sail (well solo as in just us two) to the Solent. We are still very much learning how to sail a sailboat and in particular a 37ft yacht!
