Welcome aboard *Sailing the Rain Forest*. This channel follows life aboard my 36-foot steel sailboat on the rainforest coast of British Columbia, Canada — a coast of islands, forests, tides, working harbours, wildlife, old stories, quiet anchorages, and weather that always has the final vote. This is not a vacation boat. This is where I live. After many years exploring the Pacific Northwest coast, I began making videos to share the places, people, wildlife, history, food, repairs, and small daily moments that make this coast so remarkable. Expect gentle coastal scenery, boat life, rainforest shorelines, old harbours, salmon, seafood, wildlife, local stories, and the occasional reminder that boats are mostly a long conversation with tools.
