Sailing the Peloponnese - Turkey to Croatia | Kejstral Adventures S07E05

After a great stay in Finakounda we continue our journey around the Peloponnese heading towards Pilos. While approaching the small town of Methoni we are immediately drawn in by the magnificent ruins of the castle/fortress. Deciding immediately this cannot be missed we anchor in the bay and explore this fascinating place. Our journey then continues on to Pilos where we drop the hook outside the very busy abandoned marina and spend a few days exploring the castle, museum and town, where Dee almost steps on a snake! Next up is Zante otherwise known as Zakinthos, made famous by Shipwreck bay where the Albanian cargo vessel Panagiotis lays forlorn on the beach. We hire a scooter and zoom around this beautiful island.
