Sailing Saoirse - Our first sea trial & naming ceremony (EP 12)

In this video we take you on our first sail to Kraalbaai with us. We test our brand new Ullman sails, Genoa and motors. Taking in the scenery, turquoise water and beautiful beaches. We also share our naming ceremony with you as we rename our yacht from genii 2 to Saoirse. An emotional time for us as our dreams to one day sail out of South Africa get closer and closer. A huge thanks to our friends for sharing the special day with us and all the support. If we knew renaming your yacht came with such awesome gifts we might have to rename it a few more times When we are chatting about the coin that we are putting under the mast - we are talking about how sentimental it is to us because we had found it under Robin's late mothers bed soon after she passed away and somehow we knew immediately that it was her gift to us for the boat.
