Sailing @ Great Guana Cay Ep. 48

We have had a blast exploring Thunderball Grotto and Staniel Cay for the past couple of days, but it is time to move on further south in the Exumas. Today we are pulling up anchor and sailing south along Great Guana Cay and are going to anchor at White Point. From looking at the charts it looks like it will be a good anchorage with long beaches to explore. The sailing today was fantastic! There were lots of other boats coming and going and Randall even tried to playfully race one of them. Once we got to White Point and got anchored, we went ashore to walk around a bit. Randall loves to swim from the boat to the beach as often as he can, and this anchorage was a perfect place to it. The beach there were absolutely beautiful to see and walk on. We climbed up a little hill and found that we could easily get to the long white beach on the other side. The view from the top was incredible to see! The next day we woke up to beautiful weather with a nice gentle breeze, perfect for flying the drone. Kenzie took the dinghy to the beach with the drone so we could get some epic shots of Turtle sailing at this incredible anchorage! We are so happy with the footage we got and are so glad that we get to share it with so many people!
