Sailing Fear! Pre sailing departure anxiety! #16

In this episode Kate talks about the fear she feels before a sail and her fears of the unknown as we approach potential standing waves as Atlantic swell met a strong ebb tide at the river mouth at Porto before sailing from Porto to Cascais on a rolly overnight 36 hour passage. We arrive in Cascais and pass some time onboard making hummus and editing videos whilst it rains outside before exploring the town and some interesting art. We then take a couple of days out to visit the amazing UNESCO world heritage site of Sintra with its breathtaking and ostentatious castles and palaces. #sailinglife #liveaboard #sailingadventures #fearofunknown
