In this episode of Sailing Chelsea we talk about our highs and lows of boat life. We are very new to sailing but it has been a bit of a baptism by fire and we have learnt A LOT! We think everyone should have the opportunity to do something like this as the experience and memories you make are incredible but I definitely went into this naively thinking it would be a holiday! It is very different in reality! Maybe I didn't pick up on the bad bits but I thought it would be the same as all the amazing things you see on the big sailing channels - that's only half the story! Here we are putting more focus on the things we have found difficult and that have gone wrong. We talk about - things braking all the time on a sail boat, money, the social aspects of sailing, the planning involved and how what it's really like to live on a boat.
