We usually don't eat much turkey, but on Thanksgiving, we honor this very American tradition. The problem with a boat is how to cook it! An entire turkey is too big for our small oven and our limited stock of propane. I came with a recipe that you will find nowhere else to prepare an excellent turkey in one pot. Easy to prepare.
