I enjoyed a weekend in Antalya, joining the Kaş running group (okay, just two of them) who participated in the half marathon. Meanwhile I enjoyed sitting in a cafe. Congrats to Arzum, who finished in 2:01 h - her best time on this distance. Actually with just a little bit of training. Chapeau! I am pretty sure it's because of our TRX exercises...
