This was a good day to be on a foiling yacht, sitting above the waves, not so good on a Chase Boat trying to keep up with three AC75s easily busting through 40 knots at times but Barcelona was beautiful and delivered in style. An offshore mistral brought in a building afternoon sea-breeze that whipped up the wave-forms as they approached the man-made sunken reefs that dot around the beachfront and made sailing more than challenging at times for INEOS Britannia, NYYC American Magic and Alinghi Red Bull Racing.
