Red Snapper Season, is the taste of the meat worth the squeeze?

This is my first Red Snapper Season. Trying to see what all the hype is about and if it's worth it. DISCLAIMER: I'm not a morning person, but I can be when mood is right. We headed out about 30 miles off the coast of New Smyrna Beach, the shark bite capital of the world.
