Next level beach cooking | NZ passage plan | Southern Ha'apis Tonga Vlog 87

Island hopping down the southern Tongan islands of the Ha'api group was so much fun, we get creative with the beach cooking, scavenging beach debris to make a smoker for our BBQ ribs. We also find the island that was the last stop for the Bounty before its famous mutiny and celebrate her one of our last tropical beach BBQ's for this season. We are full swing into planning and provisioning for our last leg down to NZ, this can be a treacherous stretch of ocean - perhaps one of the most difficult we will do in our entire journey - so we are taking it very seriously! We are the Robbins family sailing on our boat named Nikau. We are a family of 5. Our 3 kids are doing NZ correspondence school on board. They are growing to love it! What's not to love about 3 hours of school a day and then a different playground for the afternoon every day! We've traveled from New Zealand to Sardinia in Italy to pick up our boat and we plan over a few seasons to sail her back to New Zealand. We hope you enjoy following us on our adventures!
