New Dinghy - (EP87)

Hi everyone and welcome to our channel. In this episode, we are taking you to Fort Lauderdale. We came to Florida to change our Dinghy because we had a crack on the hull and Fortunately we noticed it the first year and the brand told us they will fixe it. But after few tries, and four years later, we still had the same problem. We met the Hightfield Director in France @Yves Brintet , to explain to him our problem and he directly told us than he didn’t want any client unhappy and he will give us a new dinghy for free. We didn’t believe it at the beginning but he kept his promise and he managed everything to make us getting a new dinghy. That why we had to leave from Panama to go to Florida. Enjoy our video !
