Almost everyone we spoke to promised calm waters and lots of comfortable downwind sailing. It's not exactly the case but it's still a great sail to our first overnight stop near Nassau. We cross the Gulf Stream, snag a couple Mahi-Mahi and we barely use the engines. We're now on Mother Nature's schedule and so far she's been kind.
