Mag Bay Yachts teamed up with Stephen Matthews of Ocean Design LLC to bring their latest center console model to life and she features a patented cross step hull design by Michael Peters with larger prop tunnels and an angled transom, providing a stable, smooth and safe ride. The 43 CC hull is constructed using vinyl-ester, a styrene modified epoxy resin, that adds more strength, rigidity and water/chemical degradation resistance over traditional epoxy or polyester resin. Whereas most builders use vinyl-a ester in only the first few hull layers and finish it with polyester, Mag Bay Yachts feature vinyl-ester resin in the construction of the entire boat including all topside and console parts. From stem to stern, you'll find custom made stainless steel hardware incorporated throughout the entire boat. From heavy duty hinges to custom gas spring mounts that have screw heads all turned the same way, to custom cockpit drains, Mag Bay Yachts is all about the details.
