LED advantage for low electrical consumption , small & light so little windage, anodized machined aluminum and glass (not weak plastic that weathers quickly in the sun and rain) , very easy to install, certified USCG Colreg 72 – 2nm , waterproof mini connector makes it easy to put through small holes, threaded top to allow easy mount of Davis Windex.
