As we sail into the Northern Sea of Cortez, we soon realize that we are in for a longer passage than planned… but it’s all good because we hit a fish-catching streak, scoring Dorado and Pacific Sierra, which give us some awesome sushi and ceviche! We also break out our solar food dehydrator to make up some dried fruit.
