Leak at stern hawse fairlead - stopping leak

A lot of Bavaria boats has a leak by the bollard in the stern of the boat, a leak which occurs when a pole hits the bollard and then make the screws loose. When a little water enters below in the wood the whole construction will be loose and will then let in more water and then there are a problem. This time I temporary fix the problem so I can locate where the water seeps in.
