Leak at stern hawse fairlead - fill holes with epoxy

It is leaking again by the bollard in starbord side, but this time the water is running into the boat by the two screws that keeps the deck together. The simplest trick is to mount some butyl sealant to the screws at the head to keep the water outside the boat. In a other video I have covered the tree screw holes by the bollard with Tec7 and tape, this seems to be watertight.
