Laura Dekker first sailed a MiniCat in Bora Bora when on her epic solo circumnavigation 17 years ago. She soon had her own MiniCat on board her ketch and since then has been a MiniCat Ambassador. MiniCat are proud to support the Laura Dekker World Sailing Foundation and their work with youngsters teaching real life-skills whilst sailing across oceans. On board the young sailors have access to two MiniCat sailboats which are used to teach them sailing skills and also for them to have a lot of fun at anchor wherever in the world they are.
