Is 75 Hard Worth It? My Experience So Far

I've reached Day 47 of the famous 75 Hard Challenge, and in this video I'm sharing my honest thoughts and experiences so far. What have I found easy? What has been the biggest struggle? The 75 Hard Challenge is often described as a mental toughness program rather than just a fitness challenge, and after nearly seven weeks I can definitely see why.
