Installing New Core in the Deck

In this episode we continue after removing the Deck core that was wet and rotted. This is putting in new mahogany deck core boards and epoxy coating them on both sides to laminate them. Next up will be new glass mat and deck. Join us on our journey as we continue to rebuild, refit and prepare our Formosa 51 Sailboat for our continued cruising journey.
