Howling wind at Lofoten Ep 34

We had to leave our anchorage in the middle of the night because of the katabatic wind howling down really strong from the surrounding mountains making it impossible to sleep! Nothing else to do then to pick up the anchor and leave in the middle of the night! It wasn't too difficult since we are over the Arctic Circle and have midnight sun. We motored against the current to the beautiful village of Reine further north in Lofoten. We are on our way north to Spitsbergen/Svalbard, now sailing in beautiful Lofoten with its small wonderful anchorages, so make sure you subscribe following us going north!
