How do you Choose which Boat to Buy? Boat Shopping Episode 2

In this episode we continue our boat shopping in the keys by looking at an Island Packet 31 and a C&C 37. We like both of these boats and we find as we look we learn the things we want to have, have to have, and things that we absolutely dislike. The question then becomes: How do you choose a Boat to Buy? What are you compromises that you are willing to have or not have? How much work are we willing to do? What price are you willing to pay for your first boat? How big do you need to be comfortable? These are all questions we begin to ask as we look at different boats.
