This time on Sailing Intermission we repair and paint some areas on the deck. The aft shower stall needed some repair. Our AIS unit was shipped to Em-trak since they stated that the work would be covered under warranty. After receiving and diagnosing the unit, Em-trak refused to cover the repairs under warranty. We are so very disappointed in their customer service. Looks like we’ll be shopping for a new AIS unit of a different brand.
