Plan B has been optimized as a competitive fun racing yacht with folding propeller, genoa tracks and the addition of a traveller in the cockpit – a system which can be easily converted back to the original design with the main sheet on the coach roof. The sail wardrobe includes both the original cruising main and racing main by Ian Short (2015), Dacron 130% genoa and Carbon 140% genoa (2015) plus the self-tacking headsail with all headsails furling. The good sized cockpit is as well suited to a fast twilight or relaxing with friends and family and includes the factory upgraded twin steering wheels and lifting transom bar offering very easy access to the water or dock. Electronics includes auto-pilot and colour plotter at the nav station. Accommodation consists of three good sized double cabins, a very practical galley with top and side loading refrigeration, big saloon opposite two seats which double as the navigation area, and the very impressive head and shower with shower stall.
